  Hot water took ages to heat up, ran out quick and didn't need any cold water mixed in.

  Freezing! Even with the heater cranked to 30C with its fan on full force overnight, I still needed the extra blankets and had to close the bathroom door to heat up the bedroom (which made for very cold trips to the toilet during the night).

  Everything you would expect and want in a motel room. Eco-conscious, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, plenty of extra linen, large LCD TV with all free to air TV and several optional movie channels and HVAC system.

  Great pricing, family run and breakfast included; Motor inn is the perfect base of operations to explore the WA South. Our room was tidy, room service prompt and professional, and the room came with everything necessary for a comfortable night.

  As an overnight stop while I was in town for work it did the job, the steak sandwich for dinner was pretty good, but I wouldn't go back.

  We stayed in a combination of rooms at the Manjimup Motor Inn over the last week, the food was great , best reef an Beef for ages, new refurbished rooms with 4 movie channels and new modern lighting and fixtures Instant hot water great after a hard days work and the beds felt awesome look forward to a return visit soon Brad Quinn
